Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Strategist with strong agency experience and a deep understanding of beauty-led brand storytelling . In this role, you will drive the creative vision for influencer and social-first campaigns, translating brand DNA into compelling narratives, concepts, and pitch-worthy ideas.

You will play a key role in shaping beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle campaigns , working closely with creators, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-impact, aesthetically driven work.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Conceptualization

• Ideate and execute beauty-focused influencer campaigns across social platforms
• Develop campaign narratives that highlight product benefits, rituals, textures, and transformations
• Ensure concepts align with brand tone, visual language, and cultural relevance

Pitch Decks & Presentations

• Create visually refined, on-brand pitch decks that bring beauty concepts to life
• Present creative ideas, influencer strategies, and campaign frameworks with clarity and confidence

Brand Strategy

• Build and evolve beauty brand strategies that strengthen positioning and drive long-term equity
• Translate brand guidelines into social-first, creator-led storytelling

Creative Ideation

• Lead brainstorming sessions to deliver fresh, trend-aware, and platform-native ideas
• Balance creativity with commercial objectives and influencer feasibility

Scriptwriting & Storytelling

• Write compelling scripts and content directions for beauty influencers, product launches, and branded content
• Adapt storytelling across formatsreels, shorts, long-form, and presentations

Client Collaboration

• Partner closely with beauty brand teams to understand their vision, products, and feedback
• Ensure all creative outputs meet both aesthetic excellence and performance goals

Market & Trend Research

• Track beauty trends, influencer formats, platform innovations, and competitor activity
• Use insights to inform strategy, ideation, and creative recommendations

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist in an agency environment
• Proven experience working on beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
• Strong background in influencer marketing and social-first campaigns

Skills

• Strong creative thinking with a keen eye for beauty, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Expertise in creating pitch decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing, beauty content formats, and social platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Analytical mindset to convert trends and insights into actionable creative ideas
