Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Creative Specialist - Prod with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech industries. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop creative content that aligns with the companys branding and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets project requirements and deadlines.
  • Utilize industry knowledge in ISV and Hi-Tech to create relevant and impactful content.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate findings into creative work.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials including digital and print media.
  • Provide support in the development of promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure all content is accurate engaging and consistent with the companys voice and tone.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content to optimize future projects.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all creative outputs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes and workflows.

  • Certifications Required

    Certification in Creative Design or Marketing is preferred.
