Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving brand awareness through both social media and public relations, and implementing marketing strategies to grow our online presence. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert with strong skills in content creation, community management, and strategic PR/influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, creative content (images, videos, articles) that resonates with the target audience.
- PR Activities: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and bloggers to generate press coverage and increase brand visibility.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement growth-driven campaigns.
- Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives to communicate the brands message effectively.
- Community Engagement: Manage and grow social media communities through engagement, responding to followers, and moderating conversations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and create reports to assess the impact of marketing efforts.
- Collaborations & Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brands to expand reach.
- Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and public relations to ensure the brand remains relevant.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-Proven experience in managing social media platforms and PR activities.
-Strong creative skills with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
-Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing software, etc.).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience in influencer marketing and media relations.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects.
