We are seeking a design-led Creative & Quality Lead who views flowers as a medium of emotion, storytelling, and experience. This role will act as the final gatekeeper for all floral work leaving the studio, ensuring exceptional quality, aesthetic integrity, and meaningful client experiences. The candidate will translate client emotions into bespoke floral creations, oversee high-value orders, and mentor internal teams on design sensibility, colour harmony, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates have experience in luxury design environments such as floral design, events, hospitality, fashion, or interiors. Strong communication skills in English, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for creativity, mentoring, and global design standards are essential.
