IP Lore & World Building: Create short form elements for our Ips/standalone original ips to build discovery funnels for our you tube channel. Target IPs: Sunday Suspense, Crime Katha, Friday Classics, Golpo Goldmine, Times of Puraan

• Content creation: Feature behind-the-scenes (BTS) content of our Directors, Sound Designers, and the Repertory Cast to show the institutional "magic" behind the sound. Repurpose Key Moments in audio stories into high-impact YouTube Shorts, Reels, and Lives. Master the "3-second hook" and "Cliffhanger Loops" to drive traffic back to our full-length stories.
• Trend spotting: Identify Trends in content consumption the short form platforms Snap/Instagram/Shorts and customize content for them.
• Managing Guest Stars: When using celebrities or guest stars, strategically tie their appearance to our Original Characters and IPs to ensure long-term brand value remains with Mirchi. Use them strategically to increase discovery of our you tube channel.

2. Skills:

• Advanced Visual Shooting and Editing: Expert in Premiere Pro/Resolve, specifically for 9:16 vertical storytelling
• AI-Native Content: Proficient in AI suites (Midjourney, Runway, Descript and others t) to generate cinematic visuals and trailers.
• Data-Driven Creative: Ability to use platform analytics (CTR, retention, shareability) to constantly refine content pillars.
• Community building: Engaging and building storytelling community, using them to evangelize the brand

• 35 Years in social media for a media house, gaming brand, or audio platform.
• Portfolio Evidence: Proven ability to build an audience around content and mood.
• Passion for Storytelling: A deep understanding of suspense, true crime, and classic literature tropes.
