ROLE INTENT

The Creative Producer is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering shoots, films, and content productions at Magnanimous.

This role sits between creative vision and production reality ensuring every shoot, film, and campaign is executed with precision, quality, and calm control.

You are the person who turns concepts into on-time, on-budget, high-quality visual work.

YOUR GROWTH MILESTONES

In 3 Months Master the Workflow

• Take ownership of assigned shoots and content productions
• Understand MAGs production standards, vendors, and processes
• Build strong relationships with creatives, account teams, and vendors
• Independently manage timelines, budgets, and logistics

In 6 Months Lead End-to-End Productions

• Manage medium-to-large shoots and films with minimal supervision
• Improve efficiency in planning, vendor management, and cost control
• Become the go-to producer for complex formats and fast turnarounds
• Strengthen on-set control and problem-solving under pressure

In 12 Months Become a Production Lead in the Team

• Own high-impact campaigns and marquee shoots
• Mentor junior producers and coordinators
• Contribute to building production SOPs and vendor playbooks
• Support pitches with production feasibility and costing inputs

WHAT YOULL DO

• Own end-to-end production for shoots, films, and content projects
• (pre-production shoot post-production delivery)
• Plan budgets, schedules, call sheets, and production workflows
• Source and manage vendors: photographers, DOPs, studios, stylists, crew, post-production partners
• Coordinate with Creative Directors and Shoots teams to translate vision into execution
• Manage on-set operations: timing, logistics, talent coordination, issue resolution
• Track costs, approvals, invoices, and reconciliations
• Ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are met consistently
• Handle client and internal coordination during production phases
• Maintain production documentation and post-project learnings

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 34 years in creative production, content production, or agency production roles
• Strong experience managing shoots, films, and multi-format content
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and timelines
• Calm under pressure, strong problem-solving ability on set
• Clear communicator with creative and business teams
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, or brand shoots
• Familiarity with post-production workflows and editing pipelines
• Strong vendor network (studios, crew, stylists, DOPs)
• Experience with fast-paced campaign environments
