Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead fiction-led micro-drama contentfrom script vetting to shoot oversight to vendor management. This role ensures narrative strength, efficient execution, and consistent creative quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine scripts for short-form fiction and creator-led dramas.

• Collaborate with writers and directors to elevate narrative structure and performance.

• Oversee pre-production, shoots, and post-production across multiple projects.

• Manage production vendors, crews, studios, casting, and post partners.

• Build a strong vendor ecosystem for cinematography, art, sound, edit, and colour.

• Ensure all deliverables meet creative, budget, and timeline expectations.

Requirements:

• 58 years in fiction, branded content, or digital entertainment production.

• Strong understanding of scripts, storytelling, and on-ground execution.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end shoots and multi-layered production teams.
