Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Planner who can bridge the gap between strategy and storytelling someone who understands culture, audiences, and business problems, and translates them into inspiring creative territories and campaign ideas.
You will work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Account teams to develop insight-led communication that is both culturally relevant and brand-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate brand and business objectives into compelling creative briefs
- Mine for human, cultural, and category insights that can unlock powerful campaign ideas
- Collaborate with creative teams to shape big ideas from brief to execution
- Identify emerging trends across culture, media, technology, and consumer behaviour
- Develop communication routes, campaign platforms, and content ecosystems
- Build narrative frameworks that guide integrated campaigns across platforms
- Work on pitches and proactive ideas for existing and new clients
- Ensure creative work is insight-led and aligned to brand strategy
- Partner with account management to understand client needs and deliverables
- Present ideas and strategic thinking internally and to clients
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a creative planning / brand planning / strategy role
- Strong understanding of advertising, social media, and content ecosystems
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Strong research and trend-spotting abilities
- Experience in developing integrated campaigns is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
