Varsaca Homes is not just a brand; we are an Experimental Design Studio based in Pune. From our all-women workshop in Lavale to our studios in Baner and Navi Peth, we are redefining home decor through handcrafted excellence.

We are looking for hungry, tech-savvy, and creative freshers to join our 3-month Hybrid Internship program.

The Squads We Are Building:

The Artists & Designers

• Designers: Interior & Textile specialists ready to work with Kantha and handloom.
• Artists: If you excel at Painting, Drawing, Sketching, or are a DIY enthusiast, we have a canvas for you.
• Product Stylists: Create the "Varsaca Vibe" for our studios and digital catalogs.

The Visual Storytellers

• Photographers & Videographers: Capture the soul of our products and the stories of the women who make them.

The Growth & Tech Team

• SEO Specialists: Drive organic growth for our e-commerce presence.
• Web/UX Designers: Optimize our Shopify/Wix journey for a premium user experience.

The Operations Core

• E-commerce & Inventory: Streamline the journey from our workshop to our customers' homes.
