About Vidrow

Vidrow is a creative marketing agency started by IIT Kanpur alumni. At Vidrow were building an analytics driven content engine for performance and awareness marketing in the digital universe. We have developed content creation processes that are optimized for scaling performance marketing and platform native awareness marketing. We are partnering with high-growth consumer tech app brands (with larger TAM) across all industries and helping them optimize their user acquisition.


About the Role

This isn't a traditional creative role. You won't be spending weeks crafting a single piece of content. You'll be running a high-velocity creative engine leading a team of 5, shipping 400+ videos a week, and treating every hook, script, and cut as a hypothesis waiting to be proven. What youll do ?


Creative Strategy & Direction

  • Own the creative strategy for performance marketing video campaigns across clients and verticals
  • Deconstruct what makes content convert build repeatable creative frameworks, hook formulas, and scripting structures the entire team can execute against
  • Study winning ads, cultural trends, and platform behavior to stay ahead of what's working and why
  • Work with a large pool of freelance writers for writing scripts at scale for performance marketing and find new wins and how to scale that.


Production at Scale

  • Oversee the production of 400+ videos per week without compromising on quality or performance intent.
  • Build and manage efficient content pipelines from brief to script to final cut that allow the team to move fast without chaos
  • Work closely with editors, motion designers, and writers to ensure output is aligned with creative strategy


Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 5 professionals (content ops, writers and editors)
  • Run creative reviews, feedback sessions, and performance debriefs that sharpen the team's instincts over time
  • Foster a culture of experimentation where testing a new hook format is encouraged and a failed creative is a learning, not a loss
  • Set weekly output targets, manage workloads, and ensure delivery timelines are consistently met


Performance & Iteration

  • Partner with media buyers and performance teams to understand what metrics matter ROAS, CAC, CTR, thumbstop rate, hold rate and make creative decisions rooted in those signals
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify patterns, double down on winners, and kill what isn't working fast
  • Run structured creative tests (hook variations, formats, CTAs) and document learnings into a living playbook
  • Regularly present creative performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders


Client Collaboration

  • Serve as a creative thought partner for clients understanding their brand, audience, and performance goals
  • Lead creative briefings and presentations with clarity and confidence
  • Set realistic expectations around creative testing and timelines, and communicate proactively when pivots are needed


What We're Looking For

  • A plus point if you're from a tier 1 college - IIT, BITS or NIT.
  • Deep understanding of short-form video formats Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and what makes them work on a platform level
  • Strong writing skills you can craft a scroll-stopping hook as naturally as you breathe
  • Experience managing or mentoring a creative team
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 400 videos a week is not a typo
  • Data-literate you can read a performance dashboard and let it inform your next creative decision
  • Someone with an analytical / data driven mindset
