Job Description
Martist is looking for Creative Mavericks idea-led thinkers who can conceptualize powerful brand stories and also engage directly with clients to understand business goals.
This role goes beyond execution; it demands curiosity, leadership, and the ability to shape creative direction for brands across different client profile.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and develop integrated campaign ideas and brand narratives.
- Collaborate directly with clients in creative review sessions and brand meetings.
- Translate briefs into concepts across digital, OOH, video, print, and experiential.
- Present creative ideas and rationales with clarity and confidence.
- Partner with Art, Content, and Strategy teams to elevate creative thinking.
- Stay updated on cultural, design, and digital trends to bring fresh inspiration.
- Participate in brand immersion activities (property visits, events, research).
- Take ownership of brand consistency, insight, and creative quality.
- 2-4 years in advertising, creative agency, design or digital-first environment.
- Strong conceptual, presentation, and storytelling ability.
- A portfolio demonstrating both creativity and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think independently, collaborate openly, and innovate fearlessly.
- Work closely with leadership and brands that value creativity.
