Role Overview: Creative Leader AI Content & Video Production

We are looking for a Creative Projects Lead who can own AI-driven content projects end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, execution planning, AI understanding, and client communication. You will take a brand brief - sometimes detailed, sometimes high-leveland turn it into high-quality static and video creatives, working closely with junior creators and editors. You will be responsible for ensuring creative excellence, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

This is not a traditional project management role. It is a hands-on, execution-heavy leadership role for someone who understands how great content is actually made.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Ownership

• Own projects from brief intake to final delivery, including timelines, quality, and client communication
• Break down brand briefs into clear creative directions, scripts, and moodboards
• Plan execution based on AI capabilities, limitations, and turnaround times

Creative Direction & Quality Control

• Define visual style, storytelling approach, camera movements, lighting, composition, and aesthetics
• Review AI-generated images, frames, and video clips for creative and technical quality
• Ensure final outputs meet both brand guidelines and performance objectives

AI-Aware Execution Planning

• Understand how GenAI image and video models work well (and where they dont)
• Guide the team on prompting strategies, reference usage, iteration cycles, and tool selection
• Work closely with internal tools and accelerators to optimize speed and output quality

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and review work from junior creators and editors
• Divide work efficiently across the team while maintaining consistency
• Raise the bar on creative quality through feedback and hands-on involvement

Client Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for brands during execution
• Present concepts, collect feedback, and manage multiple iteration cycles.
• Balance creative ambition with client expectations and timelines.

About You:

46 years of experience in video production, creative operations, content studios, agencies, or digital-first brands

Strong understanding of video creation fundamentals

• Camera movement, framing, lighting, composition
• Storytelling for short-form and ad-driven content
• Experience working on tight deadlines and multiple iterations

AI & Tech Mindset

• Curiosity and working knowledge of Generative AI tools (image/video)
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and adapting workflows
• Ability to think in terms of systems, accelerators, and scale, not just one-off creatives

• A self-starter who takes responsibility and figures things out
• Willing to do whatever it takes to make projects - and the company - successful
