Circled Advisory is a premium real estate advisory firm building Circle Plus Bangalores first invite-only, private listing platform for luxury homes. Were a small, sharp team of 7 on a mission to redefine how luxury real estate is sold and experienced.

Weve closed marquee transactions and are now scaling our luxury brand and digital presence. This isnt a conventional brokerage setup this is a fast-moving, all-hands startup where marketing, supply, content, and client-relations teams work in sync to drive demand, brand authority, and inbound leads.

Location: Bangalore HBR Layout

Experience: 23 years in digital marketing, content, or creative roles preferably in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or agency environments

What Youll Do

Own the end-to-end creative + ads execution across all digital platforms.

Build campaigns that dont just look good, but actively improve lead quality and inbound demand.

Create, manage, and scale paid ad creatives across Meta & Google

Design and launch performance-driven ad creatives

Test hooks, formats, and creative angles weekly to improve lead quality

Conceptualise, create, and publish reels, static creatives, carousels, and stories

Edit videos for listings, projects, founders, and brand content

Maintain premium brand look and consistent digital presence

Track creative performance and iterate based on real results

Move fast this role is execution-heavy and output-driven

Who You Are

23 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, or real estate marketing

Strong visual taste and understanding of luxury presentation

Comfortable in editing videos

Can design static creatives for ads and social

Understands how content converts into lead quality

Comfortable launching and testing ads

Independent, fast-moving, and execution-focused

Believes creative angles, not budgets, drive growth

Comfortable working on Saturdays

Work Location: Co-working space in North Bangalore (near Manyata, HBR Layout)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm
