Job Title: Creative Lead (Video, Motion & Generative AI)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 48 Years


About the Role

We are building a high-impact, in-house creative function to support multiple businesses across financial services and allied verticals. The Creative Lead will own the creative vision end-to-end from ideation to execution with a strong focus on video-first storytelling, motion design, and AI-powered creativity .

This is a hands-on leadership role , ideal for someone who has independently created compelling creative content, understands digital audiences, and actively uses Generative AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the creative direction across videos, motion graphics, digital campaigns, social media, microsites, and brand assets.
  • Independently conceptualize and execute video content including reels, explainer videos, walkthroughs, digital ads, and brand films.
  • Lead hands-on video editing and motion design , ensuring high-quality output across formats and platforms.
  • Translate business and marketing briefs into original creative ideas and visual narratives , not just design execution.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a small in-house creative team (designers, motion artists, content creators).
  • Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all group businesses.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to deliver timely, impactful creatives.
  • Hands-on use of Generative AI tools to improve creative output, reduce turnaround time, and enable scalable content creation.
  • Stay updated with creative, video, and AI trends and apply them meaningfully to campaigns.


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 48 years of experience in video, motion design, or digital creative roles (agency/start-up/in-house).
  • Strong hands-on video editing experience with complete ownership from concept to final output.
  • Proven experience in creating original creative content independently , not limited to following briefs or templates.
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, and narrative flow .
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for creative production (AI video, image generation, motion enhancement, voiceovers, etc.).
  • Ability to seamlessly combine traditional creative tools with AI-assisted workflows .
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or equivalent).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video-first, motion-led, and concept-driven work .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high ownership and accountability.
  • Clear communication skills to present creative ideas to non-design stakeholders.


Good to Have

  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Experience building in-house creative teams or processes.
  • Understanding of performance-driven digital content.
