Creative Lead - Strategy & Operations

At HMLC, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can bring together creative vision and smooth operational management. This role is designed for someone who enjoys both shaping ideas and ensuring they come to life seamlessly across brands.

What Youll Be Driving:

Overseeing creative direction for multiple brands while maintaining a cohesive content strategy.

Guiding the day-to-day execution of content across social platforms , ensuring posts, stories, and campaigns go live as planned.

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication and ensuring their brand goals are met.

Supervising operational workflows related to content production and publication.

Collaborating closely with the internal team on ideation while taking the lead on content execution.

Contributing to HMLCs in-house content initiatives and overall social presence.
