Job Description

We have the Design Team. We need the "Brain."


  • Job Role: Creative Lead/ Marketing Lead (Marketing Strategy & Copy)
  • Location: Calicut, Kerala (On-Site).
  • Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 / Month (Based on Merit).


At Fourth Wall, we dont do generic "corporate" marketing. We drive digital growth by capturing and telling the authentic stories of 2nd-generation industry leaders, healthcare pioneers, and aesthetic brands. Our main branch is in Hosur, and we are now seeking a strategic powerhouse to lead the creative vision for our Calicut branch.


We have a production team that executes visuals perfectly. What we need is a Creative Lead to bridge the gap between a clients heritage and high-performing design execution.


The Role

  • The Bridge: You will take raw goals from industry leaders and break them into actionable tasks for the design team.
  • The Architect: You will build clear Creative Briefs, defining the Hook, Visual Direction, and Copy before a single pixel is moved.
  • The Troubleshooter: If an ad isn't performing, you diagnose the problem - is the headline boring? Is the story unclear? Then, you execute the fix.
  • The Voice: You will be the primary contact for our high-level clients, handling "hard conversations" with maturity and flawless English.

  • Project Translation: You must be able to take abstract goals from 2nd-generation industry leaders and break them into actionable design tasks.


  • Creative Architecture: You are required to build comprehensive Creative Briefs that define the Hook, Visual Direction, and Copy before any design work begins.


  • Performance Diagnosis: When an ad or campaign fails, you must analyze if the headline is boring, the visual is cluttered, or the offer is unclear, and then propose the strategic fix.


  • Client Leadership: You will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare and aesthetic brand leaders, managing expectations and handling "hard conversations" with maturity.

  • Linguistic Mastery: You must write and speak flawless English to command a room with a founder or CEO.


  • Story-First Mindset: You must be a "Writer at Heart" who understands that while design draws attention, the authentic story sells the product.


  • Analytical Creativity: You must prioritize ROI and campaign performance over making things look "pretty".


  • Vigilant Quality Control: You are responsible for reviewing every asset for spelling, grammar, and brand alignment to ensure the "Authentic Storytelling" angle is never lost.
