Creative Lead - Digital & Corporate Communication

With strong infrastructure, experienced teams, and long-standing client relationships, we are now looking to strengthen our creative leadership.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced creative professional who can think strategically, visualise clearly, and lead teams to deliver impactful corporate and B2B narratives. This role goes beyond execution and focuses on original thinking, strong creative direction, and meaningful brand storytelling.

What Youll Do

• Lead creative direction for digital branding and corporate communication projects
• Conceptualise and shape original content for B2B and manufacturing brands
• Develop LinkedIn campaigns, brand narratives, and extensions of corporate AVs
• Provide clear creative guidance to designers, editors, and content teams
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate vision into compelling content
• Mentor and elevate the creative and ideation team

What Were Looking For

• Strong conceptual and visual thinking abilities
• Solid understanding of LinkedIn and corporate storytelling for B2B audiences
• Experience visualising posts, films, reels, and motion content before execution
• Ability to lead teams with clarity, direction, and accountability
• Awareness of market trends with a grounded, strategic approach
• Comfort using modern tools (including AI) as support, not substitutes for thinking

Eligibility

• 78+ years of full-time experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or production house
• Proven work in creative direction, brand storytelling, or content leadership

Ability to work from our New Delhi office on a full-time, on-site basis

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi
