Role Overview


We are looking for a hands-on Creative Lead with 23 years of experience who can manage and improve the companys overall creative output. This role involves leading design and social media creatives , coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all organic and paid content aligns with brand goals and performance requirements.

You will also play a project coordinator role , ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Ownership


  • Take ownership of all creatives across design, social media, and performance marketing
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual quality
  • Review creatives before publishing or campaign launches (final sign-off)
  • Develop and refine creative systems to ensure superior output and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Strategy teams to develop high-impact visual concepts and mockups for client pitches, ensuring our creative capabilities are a key selling point


Team & Coordination


  • Coordinate with Creatives, Video Editors and Social media executives
  • Guide team members with feedback and creative direction
  • Work closely with performance marketing, content, and strategy teams


Organic & Paid Content


  • Oversee organic content (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
  • Support and review paid ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Overseeing the visual narrative and pacing of video content (reels, video ads) to ensure they meet performance benchmarks like hook rate and retention


Planning & Execution


  • Translate briefs into clear creative tasks and timelines
  • Track creative performance and suggest improvements based on Data Driven Iteration
  • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality


Innovation & Growth


  • Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, pitches, and brand communication
  • Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and AI tools
  • Continuously improve creative workflows and processes including the creation of StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs) for creative handovers between the content and design/video teams to minimize revisions and maintain high standards.


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in creative/design/social media roles
  • Hands-on experience with design or social media content creation
  • Understanding of performance marketing
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with Adobe Suite / Figma / Canva / Freepik / Nano Banana etc
  • Agency experience is a plus
