As our Creative Lead , you will be the central brain and heart of the creative ecosystem

guiding strategy, storytelling, design, and content for all client brands and internal

initiatives.

Role Overview

The Creative Lead will own the full creative output for Aixor and its clients from

concept to campaign delivery. This role demands a visionary who can translate brand

strategy into compelling ideas across digital, print, video, and experiential formats. You

will lead the creative team (designers, copywriters, art directors, motion artists) and

collaborate with strategists, marketing managers, and clients to deliver world-class

brand and campaign experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership & Vision

Define the creative direction for all clients across branding, digital, and

marketing touchpoints.

Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team that thrives on

innovation.

Maintain a high creative benchmark comparable to global agencies (Pentagram,

Landor, McKinsey Design).

Ensure every creative output is aligned to brand strategy and business

objectives.

2. Brand Development

Translate brand strategy into creative expressions logos, brand systems,

campaigns, packaging, and more. Oversee brand storytelling, tone of voice, and narrative consistency across

channels.

Partner with strategy and design teams to craft brand books, playbooks, and

campaign toolkits.

3. Campaign & Content Oversight

Ideate and execute integrated campaigns digital, social, outdoor, video, and

influencer-led.

Lead creative ideation for social media storytelling, 360 campaigns, and new

product launches.

Review and refine copy, design, and layouts ensuring top-tier execution and

message clarity.

Work closely with performance and media teams to align creativity with ROI-

driven metrics.

4. Client Collaboration

Act as the creative face of Aixor present concepts, handle feedback, and

maintain creative relationships with clients.

Understand client industries deeply (wellness, EV mobility, FMCG, education,

tech, etc.) and craft contextual narratives.

Ensure project timelines and creative quality meet client expectations and

agency standards.

5. Innovation & Thought Leadership

Stay on top of creative, design, and digital trends, and integrate them into client

work.

Explore use of AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.) to

accelerate ideation and content production.

Contribute to new business pitches and proposals through creative ideas and

visual storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

418 years of experience in creative or art direction, preferably in agencies or

brand consultancies.

Strong portfolio showcasing 360 campaign work, brand identity systems, and

content innovation.

Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and design sense.

Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer psychology, and digital

ecosystems.

Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma / Canva / AI-powered creative tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.Preferred:

Experience managing creative teams of 410 members.

Exposure to branding in wellness, EV, or tech sectors.

Understanding and familiarity of Video and Vedio editing tools

Familiarity with UI/UX and digital design systems.

Ability to present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
