Role Overview:

We are looking for a Design Lead who can transform ideas into powerful brand stories and shape the visual voice of the brand. This role demands a mix of creativity, leadership, and hands-on execution. Youll inspire and guide a team of designers, while also diving deep into the craft yourself creating work that not only looks beautiful but delivers business impact.

Job Description :

Inspire & Lead

• Guide and mentor a team of designers, pushing them to deliver their best creative work.

Creative Ownership

• Lead concept development, visual storytelling, and execution across print, digital, social, video, and outdoor.

Collaboration

• Partner with writers, strategists, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, brand-right campaigns.

Quality & Brand Consistency

• Ensure every creative output is high-quality, on-brief, and visually impactful.

Presentation & Advocacy

• Confidently present and sell creative ideas to leadership and stakeholders.

Innovation & Tools

• Stay ahead of design trends and leverage AI-based tools to keep creative outputs future-ready.

Project Management

• Balance vision with execution managing timelines, priorities, and resources without compromising quality.

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

• Creative Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
• Design Expertise: Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other leading design tools.
• AI Readiness: Working knowledge of AI-based design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Firefly, etc.).
• Strong Visual Sense: Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding.
• Conceptual & Executional Ability: Ability to think big and deliver with precision.
• Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to sell ideas internally and externally.
• Multi-channel Experience: Hands-on expertise across print, digital, social, video, and outdoor.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
