Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and conceptualization for Reels, short-form videos, ads, and long-form content
- Own the complete video production workflow: ideation, scripting, shooting guidance, editing, and publishing
- Create high-quality, engaging videos with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design
- Edit and design using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic), and AI tools such as Runway, Descript, and Firefly
- Optimize video content for social media platforms based on trends, audience behavior, and algorithms
- Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to align creative output with business goals
- Manage tight deadlines while consistently delivering premium-quality content
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing Reels, ads, and AI-powered video content
- Expertise in AI-based video editing workflows
- Deep understanding of social media trends and short-form video formats
- Strong storytelling skills and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
