Are you a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend strategy, storytelling, and creativity? Were looking for a dynamic Creative Head to lead both our Social Media & Creative teams and drive impactful brand narratives across platforms.
What Youll Be Doing:
Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives, audience insights, and platform trends.
Creative Strategy & Execution
Lead the creation of compelling content visuals, copy, and video ensuring brand consistency and innovative storytelling.
Team Leadership
Mentor and manage a team of social media managers, content creators, and designers. Inspire creativity while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Budget Management
Own and optimize social & creative budgets to drive efficiency and measurable ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Account Managers, Paid Media teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and campaign success.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in social media & creative content development
- Proven track record of building successful social media strategies
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms & best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Exceptional leadership, communication & presentation skills
- Creative thinker with strong conceptual abilities
- Experience in graphic design & video editing tools is a plus
