Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Head to lead and elevate our creative output across branding, digital, campaigns, and content. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking, hands-on creative direction, and the ability to mentor and manage multidisciplinary creative teams while aligning creativity with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall creative vision and strategy across all projects and campaigns
• Develop and deliver strong concepts, narratives, and design directions for brands
• Oversee end-to-end creative execution across digital, print, video, social, and integrated campaigns
• Collaborate closely with strategy, client servicing, and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment
• Present ideas, concepts, and creative solutions confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
• Guide, mentor, and inspire designers, copywriters, animators, and other creative team members
• Ensure quality, consistency, and innovation across all creative deliverables
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative best practices
• Manage timelines, creative workflows, and resource allocation efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 810 years of experience in a creative agency or brand-led creative environment
• Bachelors degree in Fine Arts or a related field
• Proven experience leading creative teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, branding, and campaign work
• Excellent understanding of design, copy, digital media, and storytelling
• Strong presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic and commercial objectives
• Proficiency in creative tools and platforms
