About the Role

The Holly Tree is an organic foods and wellness brand operating across India and the United States .

Our current focus is simple and ambitious:


Build massive visibility, awareness, and engagement through powerful creative storytelling.

We are looking for a Creative Head (Brand & Storytelling) who is deeply passionate about content, obsessed with storytelling, and thrives on execution, not just ideas.

This role is not for planners or deck-makers.

This role is for doers.


What This Role Is Really About


Your job is to lead from the front and answer one question every day:

What creative work can we put out that will make people notice us and talk about us?

You will own:

  • Brand positioning through creativity
  • Content ideas
  • Execution through creators and agencies
  • End-to-end delivery of creative output

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with real ownership.



What Youll Do

Creative Ownership & Brand Positioning

  • Shape brand positioning through storytelling, visuals, and content
  • Decide what stories the brand should tell in India and the US
  • Ensure consistency across website, social media, creator content, and marketplaces

Content Strategy + Deep Execution

  • Lead content strategy for:
  • Websites
  • Social media
  • Creator-led campaigns (US)
  • In-house and agency-led content (India)
  • Work closely with creators, designers, and agencies
  • Push ideas from concept execution output
  • Take accountability for quality, timelines, and results

US Market Creator-Led Content

  • Decide what kind of creators to work with
  • Define creative ideas and storytelling angles for creators
  • Create clear, actionable briefs
  • Ensure content is authentic, engaging, and scroll-stopping

India Market Storytelling & Engagement

  • Drive emotionally engaging, story-led content
  • Focus on engagement, recall, and shareability
  • Experiment constantly with formats, ideas, and narratives
