What Youll Do

• Own the creative direction across Instagram, website, packaging, and campaigns
• Ideate & execute reels, photo shoots, videos, brand content end-to-end
• Collaborate with stylists, designers, editors, photographers, and founders
• Create storytelling that feels emotional, visual, and very Indian
• Set the tone, build the vibe, and make people fall in love with the brand

Skills & Mindset We Care About

• Hands-on experience with content creation or campaign execution
• Strong understanding of Instagram-first and short-form video content
• Obsessed with storytelling, visuals, aesthetics
• You get stuff done without waiting for instructions
• Comfortable with tools, creators, deadlines, chaos
• Strong communication (were a small team youll have a voice)
• Passionate about fashion, content, and making things go viral
