This role exists to ensure the brand speaks with intelligence, restraint, and creative courage at scale.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Creative Head to own the creative vision, campaign thinking, and creative standards of Aliens Tattoo across all platforms and business units. This role exists to think, shape, and protect ideas . You will be responsible for originating powerful creative campaigns, developing them into multi-platform systems, and directing teams to execute them with world-class craft.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. Campaign Ideation & Creative Thinking
- Lead the creation of original, culture-relevant creative ideas for brand and business campaigns.
- Develop single-minded campaign ideas rooted in human insight.
- Translate abstract brand philosophy into clear, intelligent, emotionally resonant communication .
- Own campaign naming, narrative framing, and creative articulation.
- Ensure every campaign has a strong idea, not just a look .
2. Creative Direction & Art Direction
- Define the visual and tonal direction of all campaigns.
- Guide art direction across design, motion, film, and spatial formats.
- Set clear creative intent and guardrails for designers and motion teams.
- Ensure consistency of creative expression across platforms and formats.
- Elevate work through restraint, clarity, and taste.
3. Creative Leadership & Quality Control
- Set the creative bar and refuse mediocrity.
- Lead creative reviews with honesty, clarity, and conviction.
- Mentor and develop designers, motion artists, and creative talent.
- Create a culture of high standards, feedback, and refinement .
- Take full accountability for creative output quality.
4. Collaboration & Creative Partnership
- Partner closely with the CEO and Marketing leadership to align creative thinking with business objectives.
- Work with strategy, performance, social, and content teams to translate ideas into effective executions.
- Ensure creative ideas survive translation into production and performance formats.
- Balance creative ambition with clarity and impact without dilution.
5. Brand Stewardship
- Protect the long-term creative integrity of the Aliens brand.
- Ensure the brand communicates with intelligence, depth, and confidence.
- Build and evolve a distinct creative language that compounds over time.
- Champion originality over imitation and courage over safety.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 8 to 12 years of creative experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 advertising agencies .
- Proven track record of leading high-impact creative campaigns for iconic or culturally significant brands.
- Strong background in art direction with deep visual sensibility.
- Clear creative judgment you know what works and why.
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
- Experience with lifestyle, luxury, culture, or youth brands.
- Exposure to digital-first, social-first creative systems.
- Film and storytelling experience.
- Experience working on both brand and performance-led campaigns.
