What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with creative teams and clients to design standout visual content across print and digital.
• Lead creative direction for selected projects, ensuring bold and original design solutions.
• Bring new concepts to life through graphics, layouts, and motion graphics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas that challenge norms.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines in our fast-paced studio environment.
• Mentor junior designers and work closely with writers, developers, and marketers.

What You Need:

• 2-3 years hands-on experience in design studios or agencies.
• Proven track record as creative lead on select projects.
• Strong portfolio featuring innovative, boundary-pushing designs.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or similar motion graphics tools a plus.
• Excellent visual, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Team player with creative energy and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with video editing or basic animation.
• Awareness of latest design and visual trends.
