Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Graphic Designer at Sripada Studios in Bengaluru. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, branding, web design, and logo design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design movie title posters, OTT series creatives, and promotional assets
• Create high-impact visuals for digital ads, social media, and campaign creatives
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and ads teams
• Understand briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual designs
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and cinematic aesthetics
• Deliver creatives within tight timelines while maintaining quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in poster design for films, OTT, or entertainment brands
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• Ability to adapt designs for ad campaigns and performance marketing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Good to Have

• Experience working with ad agencies or production houses
• Knowledge of motion graphics or title animations is a plus
• Understanding of digital marketing creatives and ad formats
