Psycho Scaling is hiring a designer who can build scroll-stopping, click-worthy ad creatives for D2C brands. This is a performance role your work will be tested, iterated, and scaled.
Dwarka, New Delhi (Onsite)
5 days/week
Joining: Immediate

- Design Meta ad creatives (static + carousel)
- Create fast variations (same concept multiple iterations)
- Collaborate with media buyers using performance feedback
- Export creatives for placements (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) with clean file discipline
- Strong in Figma + Photoshop
- Great typography + hierarchy (readability wins in ads)
- Portfolio with ad creatives (required)
- Can work fast without making messy designs
- Basic motion/video (CapCut/Premiere/AE)
- D2C fashion/streetwear taste
- AI tools familiarity for quick variations
