Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Graphic Designer based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves designing visually appealing graphics, creating brand elements, conceptualizing and executing web design and logo design projects, and contributing to branding strategies. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the team to develop creative concepts, design templates, and other marketing materials tailored to the needs of our clients. They will also ensure design adherence to brand guidelines and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the creative process.

Key Deliverables

1. Head Design & Creative Phase for new D2C Brand stores

2. Figma Website Layout & Branding Execution

3. Conceptualize and develop Ad Creatives for Performance Marketing across multiple channels

4. Creative Adaptations, Revisions & Optimization

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design with an eye for detail and creativity
• Experience in Branding and creating creative visual identities
• Skills in Web Design and familiarity with user experience design principles
• Proficiency in Logo Design, from concept development to final execution
• Strong command of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc
• Ability to communicate creative ideas effectively both visually and verbally
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple design projects simultaneously
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
