Creative Graphic Designer - Performance & Ad Creatives

Were looking for a Graphic Designer who enjoys creating high-impact ad creatives for digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals who wants to work closely on performance campaigns and grow into a broader visual leadership role over time.

Ad Creatives (Core Focus)

• Design thumb-stopping creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, marketplaces).
• Create static and basic motion creatives for performance campaigns.
• Adapt campaign visuals into multiple ad formats and sizes.
• Iterate creatives based on feedback and performance insights.

Visual Consistency & Execution

• Maintain a clean, consistent brand look across ads and campaigns.
• Translate briefs into clear visual concepts and layouts.
• Work fast without compromising design quality.

Collaboration

• Work closely with performance marketing, content, and founders.
• Take ownership of tasks from brief to final output.
• Manage multiple creatives and timelines efficiently.

Must-Have

• 25 years of experience in graphic / visual design.
• Strong portfolio with ad creatives or campaign work .
• Solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, hierarchy).
• Comfortable working at speed and taking ownership.
• Must be located within commutable distance to Mumbai .

Good to Have

• Experience with D2C, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Basic motion or video creatives experience.
• Understanding of digital ad formats and performance goals.
• Degree or diploma in design or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

• Work directly on growth and performance campaigns .
• Clear learning and growth path.
• Hands-on role with real creative ownership.
• Close collaboration with decision-makers.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malad, Mumbai .
