The Inside Company makes short-form videos that break down cities, businesses, and money in a way thats smart, visual, and actually fun to watch.

Were looking for a Creative Director who can:

• Turn ideas into visually stunning stories
• Shape our brands look, feel, and creative voice
• Lead design, animation, and visual direction across projects
• Make sure every video feels consistent, sharp, and scroll-stopping

You might be a great fit if you:

• Think in visuals, frames, and storytelling (not just slides)
• Have strong skills in branding, art direction, and graphic design
• Can lead projects (and people) without losing the creative spark
• Care about both aesthetics and clarity
• Have minimun 2 years of experience in media, content, design, or creative production

Bonus points if you love YouTube, short-form content, or explaining complex things simply.
