Job Description

Role Overview:


Were on the lookout for a Creative Director (4+years experience) whos not just a leader, but a doer someone who can guide and inspire our creative team while getting their hands dirty when needed. This role requires someone with a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of storytelling, and the confidence to bring ideas to life not just in client projects, but also in new business pitches alongside our Business Development Managers (BDMs).


Youll lead the creative vision of the agency, work on high-impact campaigns, and ensure we maintain the highest standard of creativity across the board.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage the creative team including designers, copywriters, visual artists, video editors, and production professionals.

Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative work across campaigns, branding, digital content, and client projects.

Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment with client goals.

Participate in new business pitches from ideation to concept development and pitch presentations alongside BDMs.

Develop strong creative strategies and present compelling decks, moodboards, and campaign ideas to clients and prospects.

Mentor and inspire the creative team, encouraging innovation while upholding the quality and integrity of all deliverables.

Conduct regular skill improvement sessions and creative workshops to help the team grow and stay creatively sharp.

Ensure that every piece of work reflects Squadras creative standards and client expectations.

Stay current with industry trends, design innovations, pop culture, and technology to keep our work fresh and future-ready.

Oversee and manage project timelines, team bandwidth, and creative output across multiple projects.

Maintain brand consistency across visual identity, messaging, and tone for internal and external campaigns.

Be an active collaborator with leadership in building a strong creative culture within the organization.


Nice to Have:

Exposure to multiple industries or diverse client portfolios.

Experience in content and video production workflows.

Background in both digital and traditional media.

Awards or industry recognitions (optional but welcome).
