Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director located in Mumbai. The Creative Director will oversee and lead the creative team, providing innovative and strategic direction to projects. Responsibilities include developing creative strategies, managing branding efforts, supervising art direction, and ensuring high-quality graphic design work. The role requires collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with experience in guiding and managing creative projects.
• Proven expertise in Branding and Art Direction, with the ability to build compelling brand identities and visuals.
• Strong skills in Graphic Design and relevant design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends and design innovation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is strongly preferred.
