Role Overview

Orop is looking for a Team Lead who can manage and guide our creative and content team. This role focuses on team coordination, workflow management, and improving the quality and consistency of creative output across the brand.

The ideal candidate is someone who can lead a young creative team, maintain discipline, and ensure smooth execution of content, marketing, and creative projects.

This role is about leading people, not just managing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a small in-house team including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators
• Maintain clear communication and alignment within the team
• Conduct short daily check-ins and weekly planning
• Ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time

Creative Workflow Management

• Plan and organize the content and creative production workflow
• Coordinate between design, video editing, and content teams
• Ensure creatives meet brand standards and campaign goals

Performance & Quality Improvement

• Monitor creative quality and productivity
• Provide feedback and help team members improve their skills
• Identify inefficiencies and optimize team processes

Campaign Execution

• Support execution of social media content, ad creatives, and brand campaigns
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives for ads, product launches, and marketing initiatives

Team Culture & Discipline

• Maintain a professional and growth-focused environment
• Resolve internal conflicts and avoid office politics
• Balance team wellbeing with performance expectations
