Were looking for a Creative Director who canhold the visual soul of the brand and bring it to lifeevery day, everywhere.

This role isnt about doing one design or one shoot.

Its aboutsetting direction, maintaining taste, and raising the bar across all creative output.

Youll work closely with the founder to translate instinct, culture, and vision into a clear creative language the entire team can execute.

• How the brand looks, feels, moves, and communicates
• Creative consistency across social, website, campaigns, ads, and offline assets
• Moodboards, references, creative briefs, and storytelling frameworks
• Guiding and elevating the work of video, motion, and graphic designers
• Creative oversight of shoots, launches, collaborations, and brand moments

• Turn ideas into clear creative direction the team can execute
• Review, refine, and approve creative before it goes live
• Push concepts beyond good intodistinctive and memorable
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to align storytelling

• You havestrong visual taste and cultural awareness
• Youve worked with fashion, lifestyle, DTC, or culture-led brands
• You know how todirect creatives , not just design yourself
• Youre comfortable making creative calls and standing by them
• You care deeply about storytelling, aesthetics, and detail
