- The Role: Creative Director - In this role, youll be joining us in our journey from 734k to 1 Million Subscribers on YouTube by the end of 2023. Youll be using your creative direction to create engaging videos for all the social media channels. Youll also be responsible for improving thumbnails, increasing CTR, and improving the watch time of the channel. As a result, help grow IMLs social media presence across the web.
- The Company: Iron Man Lifestyle is a fast-growing dating and lifestyle coaching company helping Indian men get over their social anxiety, develop their confidence & social skills, get more dates, and meet their partners.
- Location: The position is in our New Delhi office at Saket, and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR.
- Pay: This is a salaried role and pay will depend on your skills & work experience. That being said, if we find the right fit well be offering competitive salaries.
- Hours: This is a full-time position.

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience of successfully being a Creative Director, with a proven track record of editing engaging videos and delivering work on time.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- You understand storytelling and know how to tell engaging stories through videos.
- You have a strong understanding of editing softwares, mainly the Adobe Suite - Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, or Illustrator.
- Additional brownie points, if youve worked with some past YouTubers in the past and know the social media/ content creation space.
- You can manage a team of creatives and adhere to deadlines.
- Last but certainly not least, you have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.

Some of the Specific Role Functions:
- Brainstorming ideas to build the content strategy for video for YouTube & Instagram to help increase the reach of the videos.
- Write engaging scripts that get the viewer hooked on it.
- Understand how storytelling works and use it to make epic videos.
- Managing a team of video editors, motion graphics editors, graphic designers etc to get high quality work done.
- Enhancing the videos by using various editing techniques such as sound design, storytelling, adding B-roll & stocks, video effects, sound effects, transitions, J-cut, L-cut, etc.
- Making sure that content is finished and is being uploaded as per the content strategy.
- Preparing a repurposing strategy and cutting parts of videos into short 30-60 second clips to post on YT Shorts & Instagram.
- Help create catchy and clickable thumbnails and help increase the click-through-rate (CTR) of YouTube Videos.
- Review analytics, and come up with content and editing ideas to improve the metrics namely, CTR, Views, Subscribers, Retention Rate, & Watch Time.
- Direct video shoots end to end, including pre-production planning, on-set creative direction, and post-shoot alignment with the editing team.
- Manage the shoot calendar, coordinating with talent, production teams, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure timelines are met smoothly.
- Own post-production end to end, providing creative direction and taking final sign-off on structure, pacing, storytelling, sound design, and overall video quality before publishing.
- Drive a viral social media strategy, creating repeatable formats and content ideas optimised for reach, engagement, and shareability across platforms.
- Act as a Content Producer across multiple formats, including:
- Long-form videos
- Short-form videos (Reels, Shorts)
- Documentaries
- Game shows / episodic content
- Define and maintain creative standards across all video formats, ensuring consistency in storytelling, visual quality, and brand voice.
