The Impact Youll Drive

• Lead 360 creative thinking and execution across flagship brands and campaigns
• Translate briefs into insight-driven ideas that connect, convert, and endure
• Guide and inspire a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to raise the creative bar
• Partner closely with Strategy, Media, Tech, and Production to build seamless, integrated work
• Drive client confidence through strong presentations, storytelling, and collaboration
• Champion the use of GenAI tools to accelerate ideation, design, scripting, and production
• Spot creative and cultural trends earlyand use them to fuel innovation

What Youll Bring

• 911 years of experience in a creative leadership role (digital-first or integrated agency background preferred)
• A portfolio that blends narrative excellence, digital innovation, and platform-native thinking
• Proven experience building and managing teams, delivering across formats (film, social, content, digital experiences)
• Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus)
• Familiarity with cutting-edge GenAI tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Flux-1 Dev (Comfy UI), Veo 3, Synthesia, Suno, ElevenLabs, etc.
