Role Overview

We are looking for a strong conceptualizer and creative leader who can drive the creative vision for events and experiential campaigns. The ideal candidate should be an ideator and concept developer who can transform client briefs into powerful creative concepts and oversee them from pitch stage to on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and concept development for events, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns
• Convert client briefs into innovative concepts, storytelling, and spatial experiences
• Lead creative pitches in collaboration with Client Servicing teams
• Guide the creative team across design, content, and visual development
• Ensure concepts translate effectively into execution with production and operations teams
• Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong conceptual thinking, ideation, and storytelling ability
• Experience leading creative teams in an events/experiential agency
• Understanding of event production, materials, and execution feasibility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Technical Expertise (Preferred)

Candidate should have hands-on exposure to 2D & 3D design tools, such as:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva/Keynote.
