Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi for a Creative Director cum Team Leader for a Government mandate, who can lead strategic communications and drive high-impact media initiatives.

What we are seeking:

A graduate in Journalism / Mass Communication / Media Studies / PR / Fine Arts from a recognized university

15+ years of hands-on experience in Corporate Communications and Media Management

Minimum 3 years of working experience with Government organizations (mandatory)

Strong exposure to managing integrated communications across digital, print, electronic, broadcast and web platforms

Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and executing large-scale creative campaigns across multiple media channels

Experience in planning and managing events of National or International significance

Comfort working with MS Office, Excel and social media tools

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Strong skills in Branding and Art Direction
• Expertise in Graphic Design and related visual communication tools
• Proven experience in managing creative teams and delivering high-quality projects
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities
• Experience in large-scale event management and execution is an advantage
