Creative Director

Earthful is looking for a Creative Director to own brand strategy and creative execution across all platforms. You will define how Earthful looks, sounds, and shows up across Ad campaigns, Content, Packaging, and Digital, working closely with the Founders.

Location : Full-time, On-site, Mumbai Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and define Earthfuls overall creative vision and brand expression across channels.
• Lead brand strategy and creative direction for campaigns, launches, content, and key brand moments.
• Translate business goals and consumer insights into strong creative ideas and narratives.
• Work closely with marketing, product, growth, and content teams to build cohesive brand stories.
• Oversee creative execution across design, copy, social, digital, and offline touchpoints.
• Guide, mentor, and review the work of designers, writers, and external creative partners.
• Ensure brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs.
• Stay updated on cultural trends, creative formats, and consumer behavior to keep the brand relevant.

Skill sets:

• 5+ years of experience in creative leadership or brand strategy roles
• Prior Experience in handling Brand Campaigns
• Out-of-the box Creative thinker
• Knows how to give a creative brief to get work done!
