Creative Director || CTC upto 30 Lakhs

As Creative Director, you will own campaign strategy, driving visibility, engagement, and growth across all channels. You will lead 360 marketing campaigns, shape brand messaging, and ensure consistency across digital, influencer, and offline touchpoints. Responsibilities:

Develop visual, copy and video creative strategy and ideas for integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer, and performance channels.

Build and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency in storytelling, packaging, and communication.

End to end conceptualisation and creative direction of video campaigns

Creatively be able to come up with video hooks, new content formats and interesting video execution styles

Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive visibility and sales.

Analyze consumer insights, brand health metrics, and campaign ROI to optimize campaign strategies.

Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach of the campaigns

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

5 - 10 years of experience in copy/ video design teams in a leading creative agency OR

Creative lead within a digital-first brand in Beauty/ Luxury / Personal Care / Premium F&B

Candidates with story writing & directing experience are preferred

Interest in beauty & personal care is an added advantage

Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Passion for skincare, culture, and building brands that connect with modern consumers.
