Creative Director Copy

As our Creative Copy Director, youll lead the charge in crafting concepts that connect, campaigns that convert, and copy that makes people stop scrolling. Youll work hand-in-hand with design, strategy, and account teams to create work that wins hearts and awards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the copywriting team to produce impactful work for mainline and digital brands
• Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand across channels
• Good understanding of current market trends, competition, and strategies to improve overall business objectives
• Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the creative field in an agency setting
• Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns
• Experience in creating integrated marketing campaigns across all platforms
• Strong creative vision with an eye on business objectives
