AsCreative Director InDots , you are thearchitect of InDots creative vision .
You will define:
- What stories InDots tells
- How they are told
- Why they matter
This role sits at theintersection of storytelling, culture, and execution , and leadsall creative functions end-to-end .
You are not here to manage output.
You are here toshape narrative, taste, and direction .
- Define InDots creative philosophy, voice, and long-term narrative
- Translate complex social, human, and systemic ideas into compelling stories
- Build cohesive story arcs across formats and platforms
- Ensure dignity-first, non-performative, credible storytelling
- Lead ideation for:
- Documentaries
- Vlogs
- Podcasts
- Talk shows
- Impact films & cinematic showreels
- Write, review, and refine scripts, outlines, and narrative beats
- Create repeatable formats and series aligned with the InDots content calendar
- Set and protect the creative bar across all content
- Review and approve content before publishing
- Balance speed with depth, clarity with emotion
- Ensure consistency across video, audio, visual, and written formats
- Lead and mentor:
- Content creators & vloggers
- Video editors & motion designers
- Illustrators & visual storytellers
- Social & distribution creatives
- Build a high-trust, high-taste creative culture
- Collaborate closely with product, community, partnerships, and leadership teams
- Ensure content is structurally connected to:
- Community participation
- Events and on-ground work
- Projects and campaigns
- Avoid content for contents sake
- Make content a catalyst, not a conclusion
You are someone who:
- Thinks instories, not posts
- Has strong creative judgement and ethical clarity
- Understands India culturally, socially, emotionally
- Can zoom out to define vision and zoom in to refine details
- Believes storytelling carries responsibility
You may come from:
- Documentary / film / media studios
- Editorial or long-form content platforms
- Culture-led brands or movements
- Purpose-driven storytelling ecosystems
- Proven experience leading creative or editorial teams
- Strong storytelling and scripting capability
- Deep understanding of video, audio, and digital formats
- Ability to guide creators without micromanaging
- High taste level and long-term narrative thinking
Tools matter less thanjudgement, intent, and clarity .
- Not a social media manager role
- Not a performance marketing role
- Not a production-only role
- Not trend-chasing or influencer-first
This iscreative leadership with societal consequence .
The Creative Director will decide whether InDots feels like:

- or
