Role Overview
We are looking for aCreative Director Artwho can lead visual thinking, elevate craft, and drive creative excellence across brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadvisual concept development and campaign design
- Guide and mentor designers and art teams
- Ensure high standards ofdesign, craft, and visual storytelling
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and clients
- Oversee execution acrossdigital, social, branding, and integrated campaigns
- Present and articulate creative ideas internally and to clients
What Were Looking For
- 812+ years of experiencein advertising or creative agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasingcampaign design and visual storytelling
- Leadership experience managing creative teams
- Ability to translate strategy intocompelling visual ideas
- Experience acrossbranding, digital, and integrated campaigns
Location
Pune (On-site role, hybrid setup can be discussed)
