About The Marketing Miles : The Marketing Miles (TMM) is a full-service marketing company

Role Snapshot : Were looking for a Creative Designer who can make ideas look as good as they

sound. Youll design and edit social content and short form videos that people actually stop for.

Youll work closely with the founders to turn concepts into sharp visual stories, and youll thrive

here if you care about ideas, craft, and bringing a sense of ownership to your work.

What the Role Looks Like:

Design/edit social media content: static posts, carousels, short videos, and podcast assets.

Collaborate with strategists and writers to bring campaign ideas to life visually.

Work across multiple industries and markets, learning something new with every project.

Build cohesive brand worlds, not just one-off posts.

What Were Looking For :

3 to 4 years of RELEVANT COMPANY EXPERIENCE in design and video editing.

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , Premiere Pro , and After Effects .

Excellent visual taste and attention to detail.

Good sense of layout, storytelling (and humour) - knowing when to add whitespace, when to

go bold and when to add that little bit of cheekiness with humour.

Curious, experimental, and comfortable with feedback.

Professional, positive, and a clear communicator - because we believe tools can be learnt,
