Were looking for ahigh-velocity Video Editor + Graphic Designer who can move fast, think visually, and ship content daily. This is not a wait-for-briefs role. Youll work closely with founders and growth teams to turn raw ideas into scroll-stopping content.

If youre someone who:

• Learns on the fly
• Improves every iteration
• Cares about impact more than perfection

• Editshort-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, Ads, YouTube clips)
• Createstatic & motion creatives for ads, landing pages, and social
• Turn raw footage, Looms, voice notes, or ideas intopolished content
• Repurpose long videos intomultiple high-performing cuts
• Design thumbnails, ad creatives, carousels, banners, and UI visuals
• Iterate fast based on performance feedback (CTR, hooks, retention)
• Maintain brand consistency while experimenting aggressively

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
• After Effects (basic to intermediate motion)
• Photoshop / Figma / Illustrator
• CapCut (bonus speed matters)
• AI tools for editing, captions, cleanup (bonus)

• Speed > Perfection
• Strongvisual taste
• Knows how tohook attention in first 23 seconds
• Can take feedback without ego
• Understandscontent for growth , not just aesthetics
• Self-starter mentality (you dont wait to be told everything)
