Role: Creative Designer

Were looking for a visionary designer who can translate bold, boho-inspired ideas into striking visuals that resonate with our tribe.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design event branding, digital creatives, stage backdrops, and merchandise.

Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

Deliver fresh, high-quality designs across social media, print, and on-ground collaterals.

Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic/visual design (event or festival experience is a plus).

Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)

Ability to think out-of-the-box with a flair for boho, artsy, and eclectic aesthetics.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
