Position Title: Creative Design Intern

Location: Onsite HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Were looking for a Creative Design Intern (Puja) who has a strong eye for visual design and is excited to work on marketing creatives.

Responsibilities

• Design static creatives, banners, posters, and social media visuals using Figma.
• Apply strong fundamentals of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout to create clean and impactful designs.
• Create design systems and reusable components where required.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand and employer branding touchpoints.
• Stay updated with design trends and experiment with new visual styles.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual and layout skills.
• Mandatory proficiency in Figma, including layouts, components, auto-layout and maintaining design consistency.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as color theory, visual hierarchy, placement of design elements, typography and spacing.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is good to have.
• A natural inclination towards spiritual and culturally inspired design is a plus.
• Ability to design high-quality static banners and digital creatives for marketing and social platforms.
• A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
• Proficiency in prompting and using AI-based design tools to support and accelerate the creative process.
