Position Summary
Talented, customer-focused visual designer to create innovative digital/print assets that would be used in proposal collaterals globally. This role involves working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The candidate must be adept at juggling multiple projects, work closely with various stakeholders to bring designs to fruition.
Key Responsibilities
· Design & develop concepts while maintaining a firm understanding of the proposal objectives. Ensure that the content is consistent with the brand/content strategy and.project goals/objectives so that key proposal themes and design are appropriately delivered to the intended audience
· Ensures all collaterals meet the submission deadlines
· Communicates clearly (written and verbal) to necessary stakeholders
· Monitors trends to make sure designs are relevant, appropriate and applies industry standards and best practices to design
· Strong conceptual skills and the ability to take ownership of deliverables
· Produce high-quality visual designs from concept to execution
· Convert complex information into graphics, charts, graphs, and other forms of data visualization
Requirements
· 7+ years of visual design experience and proposal delivery expertise.
· A passion for visual design, innovation, and teamwork
· Solid-foundation and instinctive ability to exercise good judgment in manipulating the formal elements of visual communication such as contrast, scale, color, pacing, and typography
· Working experience in creating Powerpoint templates using Adobe tools
· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint is essential
